    Senior Pastor 

    Shawn Hennessy is the Senior Pastor at Life Church Green Bay. He is an international speaker, author, Chaplain for The Green Bay Packers, co-founder of The Exchange, and a proud father to Isaiah and Aubree, as well as a dedicated husband to Sonny Hennessy.

    Over the past 25 years, Shawn has excelled as a Youth Pastor, Evangelist, State Youth Director, Lead Campus Pastor and Senior Pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in America, 3 times, according to Outreach Magazine.

    He has authored several books including “The Gravity of Grief,” “What’s Your Story?”, “Life, It’s Time to Dream,” and “Jesus.Plus.Life. Guys Edition.” His latest podcast, The Rise After the Fall, aims to support Pastors and Leaders and church members who have gone through a fall.

  • SONNY HENNESSY

    Lead Pastor

    Sonny Hennessy is the Lead Pastor at Life Church Green Bay and co-founder of The Exchange Collaborative, a nonprofit that helps Leaders and Pastors find renewal. Her podcast, Rise After the Fall, highlighted this ministry and a retreat property in North Carolina called The Reserve, a serene 20-acre estate that offers retreats and intensive programs for spiritual and emotional restoration.

    Sonny also runs The Exchange Brand, launched in 2018, which includes a coffee shop, eatery, salon, and rentals. She owns the award-winning Sonny Hennessy Design firm, recognized for restoring historic buildings.

    Sonny values her family most: her strong marriage to Shawn and their children, Isaiah James and Aubree Rose, who are studying theology to become Pastors.

  • Dallas Cox

    LOCATION PASTOR

    Dallas Cox, the Location Pastor at Life Church Green Bay, was born and raised in Las Vegas, where he has pursued the call to ministry since the age of 15. In March 2016, he accepted the position of Associate Pastor at Life Church, driven by the desire to serve the church’s needs. Since then, he has held various leadership roles, including Campus Pastor at two locations, Missions Pastor for two missions trips, Creative Associate Pastor, Kids Pastor, Youth Pastor, and currently, the Location Pastor of Life Church’s Green Bay location.

    Dallas and his wife, Shelby, have been married for 17 years and are blessed with three children: Kennedie, Riley, and Logan.

  • SHELBY COX

    WORSHIP PASTOR

    Shelby has been serving in full-time ministry since 2011, and has been at Life Church for the last 9 years. Currently, Shelby has served as the Worship Pastor at Life Church Green Bay for the past five years and as Location Pastor alongside her husband, Dallas Cox, for the last three years. Together they have 3 amazing kids, Kennedie and twins Logan and Riley. Shelby's passion for leading others in worship is evident in her dedication and commitment to her calling.

    Shelby's ministry experience began as a young child growing up in a family of Pastors. As a young adult, Shelby eventually decided to hone her skills and deepen her understanding of ministry by attending the "Generate School of Ministry" internship program in Las Vegas, NV. This experience provided her with practical tools and hands-on-training that helped to deepen her understanding of her calling as well as equipping her for full-time ministry
